Upma is one of the most cooked breakfast which is very tasty and healthy recipe and even easy for cooking and can prepare in just in 15 minutes.Now we will see Easy and tasty upma recipe.
Ingredients:-
- Semolina ----250 grams
- Green chilly----4 pieces
- Onions----------2pieces
- Tomato----------1 piece
- Ginger-----------15 grams
- Oil----------------2 table spoons
Seasoning:-
- Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
- Channa dal --1 tea spoons
- urad dal ----1 ea spoons
- cashew nuts----1 nuts
- Curry leavs------1 small bunch
Method/preparation
- Take a copper bottomed vessel and add oil in to it and let it heat,after heating add complete seasoning items except curry leaves and fry for 2 mins
- Now add finely chopped onions and finely chopped green chilly,chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes
- Add 2 cups of water in to it and and boil for 10 minutes,
- After boiling add 250 grams of semolina and keep on stirring for not getting lumps for 5 minutes
- Now add curry leaves to it and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
- Take in to a serving bowl and serve hot
