Rainy season special chutney recipe coriander chutney

Ingredients:-

  • Coriander leaves-3 big bunches
  • Green chilies
  • Salt-to taste
  • Turmeric-2 pinches
  • Oil-2 table spoons

Seasoning:-

  • Channa dal-1 table spoon
  • Urad dal -1 table spoon
  • Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
  • Red chilli-4 pieces
  • Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
  • Curry leaves-2 bunches
  • hing-2 pinches

Method/Preparation

  • Take a kadai and add 3 table spoons of oil to it and heat oil
  • Now add coriander leaves,green chilies,turmeric and salt and cook for 10 minutes by covering lid on it
  • In mean while take frying pan add 1 table spoon oil and heat seasoning items to it and fry well
  • Now after frying let coriander leaves and seasoning items  to cool for 10 minutes
  • Now add all above two mixtures in mixer jar and grind it well
  • Now serve with south indians breakfast or sandwiches
