Ingredients:-
- Coriander leaves-3 big bunches
- Green chilies
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric-2 pinches
- Oil-2 table spoons
Seasoning:-
- Channa dal-1 table spoon
- Urad dal -1 table spoon
- Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
- Red chilli-4 pieces
- Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-2 bunches
- hing-2 pinches
Method/Preparation
- Take a kadai and add 3 table spoons of oil to it and heat oil
- Now add coriander leaves,green chilies,turmeric and salt and cook for 10 minutes by covering lid on it
- In mean while take frying pan add 1 table spoon oil and heat seasoning items to it and fry well
- Now after frying let coriander leaves and seasoning items to cool for 10 minutes
- Now add all above two mixtures in mixer jar and grind it well
- Now serve with south indians breakfast or sandwiches
