Ingredients:-
- Grated coconut-100 grams
- Snake gourd-300 grams
- Green chilies-100 grams
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3 spoons
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Turmeric
Seasoning
- Channa dal-1 table spoon
- Urad dal -1 table spoon
- Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
- Red chilli-4 pieces
- Cumin seeds-1 1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-1 small bunch
Method/Preparation
- Take oil into frying pan and heat it well
- Add seasoning items to it and fry it,later add green chilies and snake gourd(chopped potlakay curry)
- Add salt and turmeric to it,then cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now open lid and add grated coconut to curry and cook fro 5 more minutes
- Now take into a bowl and serve with roti or rice
