We generally prefer for healthy and tasty food which is nightmare for every kitchen cooking queen so today we will see South indian healthy breakfast idly recipe

Ingredients

  • Urad dal  -1 cup
  • Idly ravva-2 cups
  • oil            -2 spoons
  • Fenugreek seeds-4

Method/Preparation

  1. For making better idlies take 1 cup of urad dal soaked in water over night
  2. For 1 cup of urad dal take 2 cups of idly ravva (available in markets) and also soak over night separately.
  3. Take mixer grinder and mix above two ingredients and make a soft(thick)batter
  4. Now keep aside for 2hours and add fenugreek seeds to it
  5. Later take idly cooker and idly plates having in it and pour some idly batter in it after applying 2 drops of oil in each of idly plate
  6. keep it for 15 minutes and turn-off stove
  7. After 5 minutes take soft idlies into plate and serve hot with chutney
