Best combination coconut chuney for idly and dosa


Ingredients:-

  • Coconut-1 big size
  • Green chilly-4 pieces
  • Salt-for taste
  • Oil-2 table spoons

For seasoning(popu pettukovadaniki)

  • Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
  • Urad dal-1 tea spoon
  • Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
  • Curry leaves-1bunch
  • Red chilly-4 pieces

Method/Preparation

  • Take coconut and cut into small pieces
  • Now take mixer jar and add coconut pieces,4 green chilies,salt and water
  • Make it a fine paste and keep it aside
  • Now take one pan add 2 table spoons oil and add all seasoning items mentioned above and fry well.
  • Now mix this seasoning items to coconut paste and can serve with idly or dosa
