Quick and easy sweet recipe ravva kesari

Ingredients:-

  • Sooji ravva-250 grams
  • Sugar-250 grams
  • ghee-3 table spoons
  • dey fruits-cashew nuts,badam.raisins
  • food color (if needed)-1 pinch

Method//Preparation:-

  • Take a kadai add 3 table spoons of ghee and fry dry fruits cashew,badam,raisins and keep aside,now in same ghee kadai fry sooji ravva (semolina) very little until smell changes.
  • Now take a vessel add 2 cups of water,and make it boil after boiling add 250 grams of lightly fried sooji ravva,semolina and stir it wellwithout lumps 
  • After semolina is boiling add 250 grams of sugar and mix it well again for 5 minutes
  • Add pinch of food color to cooked sooji ravva by mixing food color into 3 table spoons of water (BUT IT IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL)
  • Now garnish with dry fruits and serve hot in serving bowl
