Ingredients:-
- Cashews-100 grams
- Almonds-100 grams
- Raisins-100 grams
- Ghee-100 grams
- Green gram-250 grams
- Rice-250 grams
- Jaggery-150 grams
Method/Preparation:-
- Soak green gram(pesara pappu) and rice separately for half an hour
- Now take a vessel add 4 table spoons of ghee and add dry fruits and chopped cocnut and fry it well
- Meanwhile take a vessel and add green gram,rice and add 6 cups of water into it and cook well in pressure cooker
- Now grate jaggery and add it to dry fruit mixture,now add some water and cook for 10 minutes
- Now take cooked gram and rice mixture and add it to jagery mixture by stirring well and cook for 5 more minutes.
