Minapa dosa (minapattu) recipe 

Making children to eat breakfast is very difficult so today we will see how to make healthy morning breakfast Minapa dosa (minapattu) recipe.

Ingredients:-

  • Urad dal-150 grams
  • Rice-300 grams
  • salt
  • oil
  • Fenugreek seeds-1 tea spoons

Method/Ingredients:-

  • Soak urad dal and rice over night or for 6 hours separately 
  • Now take urad dal and rice in to wet grinder, add some water and grind well to make fine paste
  • Now make it medium loose batter (comfortable for making batter to spread in a pan)
  • Take non stick tawa and add 2 table spoons of oil into it andpour this urad dal batter and spread in round shape
  • After changing color of one side,take into serving plate and serve with coconut chutney
