Ingredients:-
- Roselle leaves(gongura leaves)- 3 bunches of leaves
- oil-5 table spoons
- Green chilies-5 pieces
- Turmeric
Seasoning :-
- Channa dal-1 table spoon
- Urad dal-1 table spoon
- Red chilies-5 pieces
- Mustard seeds-1 table spoon
- Cumin seeeds-1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-1 small bunch
Method/Preparation:-
- First cut the leaves from stem and wash roselle leaves (gongura leaves) and make it dry.
- Next take one pan add some oil and heat it later add roselle leaves(gongura) and also add turmeric to it now make it cook for 10 minutes (until it becomes soft)
- Now switch on another stove,take another tawa pan and add some oil in that add all seasoning ingredients and after frying add these mixture to leaves paste and salt mix well
- Serve hot with steaming hot rice
