Ingredients:-
- Bitter gourd-250 grams
- Onions(finely chopped)-250 grams
- Chilly powder-2 table spoons
- Salt-to taste
- Curry leaves-1 bunch
- Oil-4 table spoons
Method/Preparation:-
- Take a frying pan and add 4 table spoons of oil to it and heat it well
- Add chopped bitter gourd and chopped onions into oil and add salt to it and fry for 10 minutes
- Now after frying then add chilly powder and curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes
- Turn off stove and serve hot with rice
