Lazy night easy recipe bitter gourd fry recipe


Ingredients:-

  • Bitter gourd-250 grams
  • Onions(finely chopped)-250 grams
  • Chilly powder-2 table spoons
  • Salt-to taste
  • Curry leaves-1 bunch
  • Oil-4 table spoons

Method/Preparation:-

  • Take a frying pan and add 4 table spoons of oil to it and heat it well
  • Add chopped bitter gourd and chopped onions into oil and add salt to it and fry for 10 minutes 
  • Now after frying then add chilly powder and curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes
  • Turn off stove and serve hot with rice
