Ingredients:-
- Bottle gourd-300 grams
- Green chilies
- Turmeric
- Milk-1 cup milk
Seasoning
- Channa dal-1 table spoon
- Urad dal -1 table spoon
- Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
- Red chilli-4 pieces
- Cumin seeds
- Curry leaves
Method/Preparation
- Take one frying pan add some oil into it and heat well
- Now add all seasoning items to it including turmeric and curry leaves and fry it
- Now add medium chopped green chilies and chopped bottle gourd into it now cook for 10 minutes by adding with salt and covering it with lid
- Now after 10 minutes open lid and add 1 cup of milk into it and cook for 5 more minutes
- Now take into serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
- It is best combo for chapati or rice
