Weight loss bottle gourd curry



Ingredients:-

  • Bottle gourd-300 grams
  • Green chilies
  • Turmeric
  • Milk-1 cup milk

Seasoning

  • Channa dal-1 table spoon
  • Urad dal -1 table spoon
  • Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
  • Red chilli-4 pieces
  • Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves

Method/Preparation

  • Take one frying pan add some oil into it and heat well
  • Now add all seasoning items to it including turmeric and curry leaves and fry it
  • Now add medium chopped green chilies and chopped bottle gourd into it now cook for 10 minutes by adding with salt and covering it with lid
  • Now after 10 minutes open lid and add 1 cup of milk into it and cook for 5 more minutes
  • Now take into serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • It is best combo for chapati or rice
