Protein rich recipe medu vada
Vada is famous and tasty south indian recipe vada which is very rich in protein which strong for body building and all other vital functions of body.So today we will see its recipe
Ingredients:-
- Urad dal -250 grams
- Green chillies-4 pieces
- ginger-chopped 1 table spoon
- salt for taste
- Oil for frying.
Method:
- Soak urad dal over night,grind it well and keep aside.
- Now take vessel pour some oil for frying and make it heat.
- Now take urad dal mixture and add salt to it.
- add chopped chillies and ginger into it.
- now take some mixture and make round sized and drop in to oil.
- fry until it turns into brown color.
- serve hot with sause or tomato chutney
