Ingredients:-
- Eggplants(brinjal)-250 grams
- Salt-50grams
- Chilly powder-50 grams
- Coriander leaves-1 smal bunch
- Basin powder-75 grams
- Oil-5 table spoons
- asafoetida-2 pinches
Method//Preparation
- Take 250 grams of eggplants,cut them vertically in four sides as shown in above figure and wash it well
- Now take a plate add basin powder,chilly powder,salt,asafoetida and oil for mixing and make it little wet mixture
- Now take eggplants and stuff this mixture into egg plants
- After take one frying pan and add oil to heat it and add egg plants,salt and cook it well for 10 to 15 minutes and
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
