Ingredients:-
- Medium chopped tomatoes-250 grams
- Medium chopped onions-250 grams
- Finely sliced green chilly-100 grams
- Turmeric-1pinch
- Salt-to taste
Seasoning:-
- Channa dal-1table spoon
- Urad dal-1 table spoon
- Red chilly -100 grams
- Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
- Curry leaves-1 small bunch
- Astefodia-2 pinches
Method/preparation
- Take one frying pan and add oil into it,heat it well
- Now add all seasoning items and turmeric into it and fry well.
- Now add,tomatoes,onions,green chilies and add to it
- Cover pan with lid after adding salt to it
- After 15 minutes turn off stove and garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot with combination of rice or chapati
