Easy and healthy recipe spinach(palak) dal

Ingredients:-

  • Palak (spinach) leaves-2 big bowls
  • Green chilies-100 grams
  • Ghee2 tea spoons
  • Toor dal-300 grams
  • Garlic-4 pieces
  • Mustard seeds-20 grams
  • Cumin seeds-20 grams
  • Red chilies-5 pieces
  • Salt.
  • Water

Method/Preparation

  • Take a vessel and add chopped spinach (palakura) ,chopped green chilies,turmeric,salt,toor dal and 3 cups of water into it and keep aside
  • Now take pan,add ghee into it and heat it well then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,gralic,red chilies,and fry it well and add whole mixture to spinach leaves.
  • Now keep this vessel into pressure cooker and after 3 whistles and turn off stove
  • Now serve hot with Roti or rice :)
