Ingredients:-
- Palak (spinach) leaves-2 big bowls
- Green chilies-100 grams
- Ghee2 tea spoons
- Toor dal-300 grams
- Garlic-4 pieces
- Mustard seeds-20 grams
- Cumin seeds-20 grams
- Red chilies-5 pieces
- Salt.
- Water
Method/Preparation
- Take a vessel and add chopped spinach (palakura) ,chopped green chilies,turmeric,salt,toor dal and 3 cups of water into it and keep aside
- Now take pan,add ghee into it and heat it well then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,gralic,red chilies,and fry it well and add whole mixture to spinach leaves.
- Now keep this vessel into pressure cooker and after 3 whistles and turn off stove
- Now serve hot with Roti or rice :)
