Tasty poori and potato basin curry recipe

Poori preparation ingredients:-

  • Whole wheat-250 grams
  • Maida-50 grams
  • Water- enough to mix dough
  • Oil- for deep fry
  • Salt:to taste

Poori preparation:-

  • Take a big bowl and mix whole wheat and maida and salt mix it well with water and make soft dough
  • Now make dough balls and make it round shaped poori
  • Now add this round shaped poories into heated oil and fry well by keeping in medium flame.

Potato(aloo) basin curry ingredients:-

  • Potatoes-100 grams
  • Onions-100 grams
  • Green chilies-50 grams
  • Tomatoes-75 grams
  • Green peas-30 grams
  • Turmeric-1 pinch
  • Oil 
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Basin powder

Poori(aloo) curry seasoning ingredients 

  • Urad dal--1 table spoon
  • Red chilies--8 chilies
  • Mustard seeds--2 table spoons
  • Cumin seeds--2 table spoons
  • Hing--2 pinches

Potato basin curry preparation

  • Take a vessel and add 4 table spoons of oil  heat it well,now add seasoning items all veggies into it .
  • Now add salt  and water to it and cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes
  • Now take 50 ml of water and add basin powder,mix it well without lumps and pour into veggies vessel.
  • Now turnoff stove and serve hot with tasty poories
