Ravva laddu is easy and very healthy sweet recipe which can be done with very afford and less ingredients.
Ingredients
- Sooji ravva-250 grams
- Sugar-250 grams
- Milk-200 ml
- Almond-10 pieces
- cashew nuts-10 pieces
- rasins-10 pieces
- ilcahi-1 pinch
- Ghee-150 grams
Method/Preparation
- Take a frying pan and add ghee and make it heat,later add sooji ravva and fry in ghee until it becomes light brown,after keep aside
- Now in same frying pan add cashew,badam,raisins and fry until it gets golden brown,keep them aside in another bowl
- Now take a vessel and add sooji ravva,sugar and milk(milk to make round balls) by mixing milk for making round balls,next add friend nuts and add ilachi to this mixture
- Now make this mixture in to round balls and keep for 10 minutes
- Serve by taking into serving plate.
