Ingredients
- Poha(flattered rice)-250 grams
- Jaggery-200 grams
- Ghee-250 grams
- Cashew-10 pieces
Method/Preparation
- Take one frying pan and add 250 grams of ghee and heat it and add poha(flattered rice) and keep flame in medium and fry until it gets light brown
- Keep poha aside for 10 minutes and let it cool
- Now take grated jaggery and add it to above poha and mix it well
- Take above mixture and grind it well in mixer jar and it will be like lite wet paste
- Take this paste and make round balls
- Garnish with cashew and serve in a serving plate.
