Tasty poha laddu

Ingredients

  • Poha(flattered rice)-250 grams
  • Jaggery-200 grams
  • Ghee-250 grams
  • Cashew-10 pieces 

Method/Preparation

  • Take one frying pan and add 250 grams of ghee and heat it and add poha(flattered rice) and keep flame in medium and fry until it gets light brown
  • Keep poha aside for 10 minutes and let it cool
  • Now take grated jaggery and add it to above poha and mix it well
  • Take above mixture and grind it well in mixer jar and it will be like lite wet paste
  • Take this paste and make round balls
  • Garnish with cashew and serve in a serving plate.
