Easy sweet recipe semiya kheer
Semiya kheer is very easy and quick sweet recipe liked by everyone especially for kids its most lovable dish and also rich nutritious food because recipe is mainly based on milk and dry fruits
Ingredients:-
- Milk-500ml
- vermicelli-250 grams
- Ilachi-1 tea spoon
- Almonds-100 grams
- Cashews-100 grams
- Raising-100 grams
- Pista -50 grams
- Dates(for garnishing)-2 pieces
- Ghee-250 grams
- Sugar-250 grams
Method/Preparation.
- Take one vessel and add some ghee into it and let it heat,after ghee melts add vermicelli and fry little until it turns in to light brown.
- Now in the same ghee vessel add nuts( cashews,almonds,raisins) fry little
- Take another deep bottomed vessel and pour milk into it and boil until it gets 250ml so milk will be more thick and tasty
- Now add fried semiya into boiling milk and cook semiya for 10 minutes and add some water if needed
- Now Add sugar,fried nuts,ilachi powder and cook for 2 more minutes
- Take in to serving cup and serve hot
- If kheer is desired to be cool then add it to refrigerator
